Softpoint Electronic was founded in 1987 and is divided into the following business divisions:

• CRM

• Hardware and software trading

Since 1998 Softpoint is specially occupied with the planning and installation of ITSM and CRM solutions. Based on iET Enterprise as a standard basis, Softpoint is developing individual solutions for specific requirements of the customers. The focus of these solutions is the integration to existing business applications at the customer site (ERP, communication applications, databases, etc)

The target of projects realized by Softpoint is the gained success for the customer in his business.
