Leading Swiss Energy Company Receives Prestigious IT Service Management Award Axpo Informatik AG was selected from 15 contestants, recognizing its ITSM solution as the best integration into an existing IT infrastructure. iET Solutions supports Axpo Informatik AG with its iET ITSM solution. Prior to selecting iET iET ITSM from iET Solutions, Axpo Informatik AG had strict objectives, including the ability to quickly resolve problems in their IT infrastructure as well as recognizing and addressing potential bottlenecks and issues.

Mexon Technology has been declared the winner of the Top Tools Study. This two-month long study by the Independenttool of Rotterdam was carried out on behalf of IT Beheer Magazine. 358 end-users and 21 suppliers of management tools in the Netherlands took part in the study. The study was aimed specifically at investigating the innovative power of suppliers, whereby the emphasis was on three sub-areas: user-friendliness, functionality and suitability in relation to the business processes of the client. The award is an acknowledgement of the strong strategy pursued by Mexon Technology in the field of Service Management.
