Walter Elliot
President & CEO
Walter brings over 20 years of software industry experience to his new role, including 10 years as a successful CEO with companies such as Ai2, ManageSoft, and Pilot Software. As a CEO, Walter has consistently developed strong companies with performance-oriented cultures.
Walter has experience managing an international employee base, and has managed over 200 employees across Europe and the Pac/Rim. His software experience includes asset management, security and license compliance, web analytics, business intelligence, and applications. Walter has a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in marketing from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and an MBA in finance from Suffolk University.
Paul G. Kincaid, CPA
Executive Vice President, North America and CFO
Paul Kincaid is responsible for global financial operations at iET Solutions. Paul has more than 20 years of experience in the high technology and finance fields. He has significant experience with both public and private companies, and has successfully taken companies through IPOs. Paul is highly skilled at mergers and acquisitions, as well as implementing change in complex and high-growth environments. Paul comes to iET Solutions from Platinum Equity Holdings where he served as vice president of finance and portfolio operations.
Tony Duarte
Vice President North American Sales & Business Development
Tony Duarte is responsible for sales and business development in North America, South America, and the Pacific Rim.
Tony brings 16 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development for high technology companies. Tony has worked with companies ranging from large global organizations to co-founding and building a software start-up company. He brings a proven track record in driving revenue and corporate growth as part of the senior executive management team. Before joining iET Solutions, Tony was the Vice President of Channels at ManageSoft Corporation. Prior to ManageSoft, Tony was a co-founder of Blue Isle Software, where he developed and executed the company’s partnering strategy, including forming alliances with industry-leading Business Intelligence providers.
Martin Jall
Vice President EMEA Sales & Marketing
Martin Jall is responsible for iET Solutions' sales and marketing activities in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Martin has more than 15 years of sales experience. Before joining iET Solutions he held various sales management positions at Applix. In addition, Martin served as country manager for Applix Switzerland. Martin Jall began his career at Siemens Nixdorf were he worked 8 years as an Account Manager.
