2007 iET Solutions releases
iET ITSM 4.1, which includes Availability Management. Shortly after the release, Pink Elephant, a global leader in ITIL education and consulting, confirms that
iET ITSM 4.1 meets the minimum functional criteria for seven ITIL processes.
iET ITSM is included in
