The "iET ITSM Process and Technology Alignment" course involves a gap analysis between your current Service Management processes and ITIL best practices, and analyzes how these best practices are reflected in iET ITSM.

This gap analysis identifies areas where:

• Identifies customizations that are no longer required and can help you remove them
• Improves the performance of the system and the database
• Provides recommendations for preparing for the next upgrade
• Determines whether IT staff and end-users are using iET ITSM as it was designed in an optimal fashion
• Highlights useful features that were never utilized and provides extra system administrator training where required

Description of Service
1 day onsite ITIL / iET ITSM process assessment. Client can combine multiple processes together to make this a multi-day engagement.

Client Responsibilities

• Client will nominate which ITIL process will be assessed, e.g. Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, etc.
• Client's process owner will walk iET Solutions' consultant through the client's process. iET Solutions will also inspect how iET ITSM is configured and observe users performing the process in iET ITSM.

Deliverables

• Report of assessment findings and an action plan for updating iET ITSM or updating the process.

$1,900 per process*
