Two-day onsite technical assessment of your iET ITSM implementation and environment including any remedial action that can be completed within the two days.

Client Responsibilities

• The engagement begins with your System Administrator walking iET Solutions' consultant through your iET ITSM implementation and environment.
• iET Solutions' consultant will need administrator access to your iET ITSM application server and database.

Deliverables

• Report of assessment findings and an action plan for tuning and optimizing your ITSM implementation.
• Remedial action, if requested.

* Does not include travel expenses
* Additional remedial action beyond the two days is available, if necessary, for an additional cost.
