Description of Service
The "Incident QuickStart for iET ITSM" is a packaged service designed to quickly and cost-effectively get the iET ITSM Service Desk application installed and operational. Implementation time and cost is optimized by focusing on configuring the out-of-the-box functionality.

Client Responsibilities
- Complete QuickStart Survey
- Have one application server and at least three detached servers available and ready for the installation of the iET Solutions software
- Have a Microsoft SQL Server database available and ready for the installation of the iET ITSM database
- Set up an email account for iET ITSM
Deliverables
Included in QuickStart:
- Configuration of drop-downs for Account Management, Contact Management, Inquiry Management and Inquiry Reactivate
- Setup of a single service level that will apply to all accounts and all services
- Onsite installation of iET Solutions server software
- A "train the trainer" session
