ITIL®/ITSM V3 Awareness Online Course

This self paced ITIL Online Training offering is estimated to be 4 hours in duration. There is no pre-requisite for the course. The ITSM / ITIL Awareness session will provide the participant with an introduction to ITIL Version 3 and ITSM, an overview of the concepts within the ITIL Best Practices.

This is a non-certificate course designed for those who need a brief overview and awareness of ITIL V3 concepts in a time-efficient manner. Participants will be able to articulate the structure and value of the ITIL V3 Service Lifecycle and will be able to identify the associated processes and functions within the Service Lifecycle.
