ITIL V3: Service Design – Lifecycle Course
The Service Design ITIL v3 course covers the management and control of the activities and techniques within the Service Design phase of the ITIL Service Lifecycle, and details of the management of service design and core information of supporting activities. The course does not cover the detail of each of the supporting processes, or detailed coverage of their operation.
Candidates can expect to gain competencies in the following upon successful completion of this certification:
