ITIL V3: Service Transition – Lifecycle Course

The Service Transition course covers the management and control of the activities and techniques within the Service Transition phase of the ITIL Service Lifecycle, and details of the management of service transition and core information of supporting activities.  The course does not cover the detail of each of the supporting processes, or detailed coverage of their operation.

Candidates can expect to gain competencies in the following upon successful completion of this certification:

  • Management and control of all Service Transition activities
  • Management and application of Service Transition concepts, inputs, outputs and activities
  • Knowledge of Service Transition principles management of Service Transition processes
  • Control and coordination of Service Transition technology related activities
