More ITSM Experts Will Address the Growing Challenges of ITIL Software

An upcoming event to gather IT service management experts from across the globe has recently announced additional speakers to give advice on new issues in the industry.

The itSMF USA Fusion 10, held by non-profit ITSM software organization itSMF USA, will address how recent changes in the IT industry will impact individual IT departments' service management software. As a result, the organization is expecting a variety of IT leaders to attend, and will address the impact of ITIL software on increasingly popular technologies.

"As always, this year's program and speaker selection was selected with the intention of motivating and uniting our diverse attendee base," said Veronique Lafontaine, itSMF USA Event Chair.

The event is gathering more than 100 industry experts to speak about the challenges of social media on IT service desks, virtualization and green IT on the overall management of ITIL processes. As more businesses continue to adopt these technologies, the organization is acknowledging the changing environment of ITIL software within evolving IT departments.

The itSMF USA Fusion 10 conference will be held in Louisville, Kentucky in mid-September and precedes other IT service management events such as the Chief Service Officer Summit, slated for early October in Boston, Massachusetts. The increasing number of events indicates the importance of IT service management providers to prepare businesses for new challenges facing modern IT departments.
