Michael Scheib, President and CEO

Welcome to the Q2 edition of iET Solutions’ 2007 newsletter series. We started the year off quickly - adding several new customers to our roster, including: Tech Data Corporation (NASDAQ:TECD), a leading distributor of IT products; C2 Call Center, a call center for educational services companies; and Labor Ready, Inc. (NYSE:LRW), a multinational source of dependable labor, to name a few.

There were also some exciting changes within the industry this quarter, including the release of ITIL V3 in May. For information on how this impacts your current iET ITSM installation and how our products map to these new best practices, see Tim Jarrett's product update below.

We are starting to prepare for our fall events, including the ITSMF Fusion show and our customer conferences in Charlotte, NC and Europe, as well as our global partner conference in Munich, Germany. See below for details on these and other upcoming events.
