iET ITSM software from iET Solutions awarded PinkVERIFY™ 2011 ITIL® certification for twelve processes

The iET ITSM service management solution has received the PinkVERIFY™ 2011 certificate following intensive testing by Pink Elephant, a leader in ITIL certification, consulting and training.

PinkVERIFY™ is an internationally recognized assessment process for IT service management solutions, developed and executed by Pink Elephant. It was first introduced in 1998 to assist organizations who want to implement the ITIL® guidelines and are looking for ITIL®-aligned software to support their efforts.
