iET Solutions launches new release of iET® Enterprise suite

iET® Enterprise Technology, iET® WebClient and iET® Workcenter now even more user friendly thanks to intuitive operation and responsive design

ASCHHEIM, GERMANY, February 18, 2020 - iET Solutions, a provider of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions, has released version 16.0.4 of iET® Enterprise Technology, iET® WebClient and iET® Workcenter. All products are available immediately. iET® Enterprise Technology: ease of use by design iET® Enterprise Technology provides an intuitive experience for all ITSM and SAM users, regardless of whether they work with iET® WebClient or iET® Workcenter. For example, new slider controls enable end users to swiftly tailor applications to their needs. In addition, iET Solutions now offers the open source JasperReports tool alongside its proven Crystal Reports solution for data evaluation and reporting. Templates can be used for the rapid creation of reports to meet customer-specific requirements. iET® Workcenter: introducing a fresh look and feel The responsive design of the Windows client has been completely updated, ensuring that forms, tables, calendars, and text boxes are displayed optimally on all end user devices. Users can choose specific settings for queries and forms and save their personal preferences such as column order, individual views, and filter parameters. Data from iET® Workcenter can now be accessed from other media such as email applications. This saves time and optimizes workflows. Incidents and changes can be accessed directly from emails, for example. System administrators benefit from the ability to manage and edit diagrams and reports from within iET® Workcenter. New design templates (themes) are also included in this release. These templates can be customized to deliver an enhanced user experience. Attachment and form handling has been simplified in iET® WebClient. Additionally, the user interface can be aligned with the customer’s corporate branding through the use of themes and CSS variables. About iET® Enterprise iET® Enterprise enables you to configure IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions that offer the ability to manage and analyze business and customer data, as well as provide a collaborative solution that extends access of this data to customers, employees, and partners.
