    • Financial / Cost Management integration and analysis of Financial Management process with cost control: general costs, labor costs, costs per action, costs per configuration item; and comparison of costs with Service Level Agreement (SLA) revenues

    • Request Fulfillment facilitates product bundle orders (multiple pre-configured order items), authorization by head of cost centers, and a new process to ‘remove a service’

    • Impact Analysis based on the CMDB provides configurable and selectable algorithms, and the ability to obtain affected services and configuration items

    • Knowledge Management includes storage of multimedia files and videos

    • Multi-language Self-Service offers users native language support
