Martingale Road, Schaumburg, Illinois 60173. The 342,473 square feet eleven-story Class-A office building overlooks the 3,700-acre Busse Woods Forest Preserve, and its proximity to I-290, I-90, and Route 53 provides convenient access to Chicago O’Hare International Airport and all of Chicagoland.
The office park shall be renamed “UNICOM Innovation Park.” Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
